Asset Hierarchy

An asset hierarchy is a way of associating multiple assets to each other. In Connexus, assets can have a parent-child relationship to each other. This hierarchy creates a logical structure to show how the assets are related to each other.

In an asset hierarchy, there is a high-level asset (parent asset) that represents broader categories, while lower-level assets (child asset) show assets within them. Asset hierarchies are structured in a top-down manner using parent-child relationships. You can create as many asset hierarchies as you want to represent asset that you want to track and manage.
