Categories in Work Orders

A category is a label for certain Connexus entities. You can use categories to organize your work within the organization. You can group entities using categories to sort them quickly or report on them. MaintainX has default categories that you can modify, or you can create custom categories that suit your company's needs.

Administrators and Full Users can create and manage categories for their organization. For more information.

You can use categories to filter and find work orders making it easy to locate when needed.


Categories in Stock Management

Similar to Work Orders we can label categories specific for stock items in our organization. This could include parts, materials and other goods.
