Importing Data 

This article explains how to import data into Connexus through our standard upload sheet available in system preferences under Bulk Upload. 

The built in import sheet is Microsoft Excel (XLS, XLSX).

Once downloading our upload sheet you will see the modules which allow for bulk uploading of data.

We highlight in red the default required fields in our system. It is important to note any required fields you add specific to your organisation will need to be filled otherwise the upload will be rejected. 

Once the upload has occurred, you can download an error file which will provide a rundown of any data which could not be processed into the system and the reason why.
