About Profile Settings

Profile Settings lets users take control of their account and tailor it to your preferences. Users can update personal details like their email, name, password, and timezone to keep everything up to date. Users can choose what notifications they want to receive, this ensures they are always in the loop about important updates. Profile settings unlike System preferences is tailored to a specific user and has no impact across the organisation.

Profile Settings and Preferences

Email	The user’s registered email address for communication and login.
First Name	The user’s given name.
Last Name	The user’s family name or surname.
About Me	A short description or bio provided by the user.
Password	The secure credential used for account login.
Timezone	The user’s local timezone for accurate scheduling and notifications.

Notification Settings

Work Orders
	Assigned to Me	Receive notifications for work orders assigned to you.
	All Assigned Work Orders	Get updates on all work orders assigned within your organization.
	All Work Orders in My Sites	Notifications for work orders associated with your site.
	Status Has Changed	Alerts for status updates on work orders.
	Becomes Overdue	Notifications when a work order surpasses its due date.
	All New Comments Added to Notes	Receive updates when new comments are added to work order notes.
Work Orders Created by Me
	All Assigned Work Orders	Notifications for work orders you created and assigned.
	All Work Orders in My Sites	Updates on your created work orders associated with your site.
	Status Has Changed	Alerts when the status of work orders you created changes.
	Becomes Overdue	Notifications for overdue work orders you created.
	All New Comments Added to Notes	Updates when comments are added to notes for work orders you created.
Purchase Orders
	Purchase Order Was Approved	Alerts when POs you created are approved.
	Purchase Order Was Rejected	Notifications when POs you created are rejected.
Work Requests
	Work Request Created	Receive notifications when a new work request is created.
	Request Status Changes	Alerts when the status of a work request changes.
Building	Fire Certification Expiration	Notifications about expiring fire certifications, sent either 7 days in advance or on the expiration date.
Technician
	Qualification Updated	Notifications when technicians update their qualifications.
