Quote Management

How it works

Once you've identified the service needed, and filled in all the required fields the next step is to request a quote from suppliers. You can choose as many suppliers or technicians to request a quote from which they will receive via email.

From the link in the email they can view the information and respond to the quote with a date, costing and any comments they want to add to their response.

Users will receive notifications of all suppliers who respond to the quote request and their responses will show in an easy to read table format from within the quote request.

Once reviewed, you can approve or decline any of the respondents quotes. Approving a quote will prompt the user into creating a task whether it's a work order or planned maintenance task. All other quote respondents will be notified by email if their quote was unsuccessful.

Value

Requesting quotes from multiple suppliers allows you to compare costs and their proposed dates easily. This ensures the most convenient quote whether it's by cost or date can be processed into a task.
